I agree about crime and Quakertown. It does not have a local rep as being a dangerous place.

Thank You guys, I am not sure of the places over there, and sometimes those crime stats are not as accurate. Hope didn't offend anyone!!
If anyone know of few good appartment communities in or around Quakertown than please do let us know. We will be there shortly in order to look for an appartment and schools as we can't sell our house here yet.

Geographically speaking, Quakertown is a good choice as many have mentioned. I live in Sellersville and I highly recommend the Sellersville/Perkasie area. Good school district, great park system, low crime, Sellersville Theater, and easy access to shopping. You can get to Lansdale within 15 minutes and the LV within 30 minutes or so. If you want more details let me know

BTW... I'm not sure where this talk of high crime in Qtown is coming from. I've never gotten the impression that Qtown is a dangerous place to be.
