You can find a lot of rental homes in Lexington right now at Craig's List, just remember with Craigs list
there are always some sham places and ads too.
There are a lot of nice apartment complexes in safe areas. You might want to try Racquet Club or the Mansion. Merrick Place is really nice also.

I'd say that's typical ANYWHERE attitude.

And that's not what I wrote. I asked if you had ever considered moving to a place more to your liking. I didn't tell you to "get out", but asked if you'd considered going elsewhere, where you might be happier.

Big difference there, but perhaps too subtle for you?

Subtle is not Homiej's forte. He is more of the in your face type, therefore he thinks that everyone is in his face all of the time. Pulling back and looking at other aspects or points of view tend to escape him.

Either that or he is a d**k.

I personally can't imagine living somewhere that I hated.
If I did, then I would move in a heartbeat.
Life is too short to be unhappy and miserable.

I make way too much money here, though. I'll be out as soon as I've saved enough to be comfortable and take it easy for a bit. In the meantime, the dullness of the people and snark displayed by those like Craigcreek are borderline intolerable. To me, it seemed like he was being a smartass. If not, he was insulting me. Either way, he's a prick.

That is your own opinion, homiej. No smartassery or insults were intended by my responses to your consistently critical and negative posts. Asking why you remain somewhere which clearly does not add to your happiness is not being snarky, in my view. Much less any of the other terms you directed against me in your most recent post in this thread.

I do believe I have a right to state my own opinions here - courteously - as do you. I do not believe I was snarky, "borderline intolerable", or any of the other extremely rude things you just called me, so I have flagged your last post for attention from the forum monitor, as you are clearly in violation of the terms of service.

Sorry, but you asked for it.
