Default Georgetown

My hubby and I are thinking of moving to georgetown and I am wondering what the job market is like. Thanks!

What type of industry are you looking for? You might want to check the web site for Toyota to see if they are hiring. Also, Lexington is just right down the way about 17 miles so if you don't mind to drive a little that would probably give you more opportunity. Georgetown is growing they just opened a Lowe's there and built several new neighborhoods.

My husband will be a journeyman electrician in six months so something in the commercial field.

Georgetown is in the 4th fastest growing KY county. Population has grown 25.8% since 2000, median household income is $50,774. Plus there are a lot of U of L Cardinals fans there, even though it's only 15 miles from UK!
