Are there group homes for disabled adults? My brother and his wife are intellectually disabled adults. They need a supervised living situation in Lexington. They are clients of Bluegrass MH/MR, but this organization moves at a glacier pace and has done very little to help them live independently. My brother works, but his wife cannot.
