Default Coming Home

Hello,
I came across this group while searching for info on my old hometown Danville. I haven't lived there since 57 and haven't visited since 78 - shame on me! I've been looking around to see if perhaps there was anywhere to stay out on Lake Harrington. I'm bringing my fiance with me who has never visited KY, I remember swimming at the lake in my teens and another place called Sunnyside. I would love to stay on the lake and perhaps have dinner. Anyone know of any thing in the area? Not turning up much on the web.
Thanks for any feed back

There really aren't any accomodations on Lake Herrington that I know of....unless you found a houseboat rental. You might check into Harrodsburg or Danville. You could drive to the lake for the day from there. Unless you live at the lake year round, it really isn't anything but a big party lake during the spring, summer, and fall.

Some of the marinas I remember are Pandora Marina; Kennedy; Herrington Marina.............Sorry, wish I could be of more help.

Maybe try the Chamber of Commerce for Harrodsburg or Danville .
