Local Income Tax
Hello folks,
I moved to lexington, KY last year, and now I see local income tax (box 19) on my W2. Is it meant to be filed with KY state tax return? Is it even eligible for refund like state tax? Please advise.  Thanks, Gladiator

We have someone do our taxes for us, but I believe it is accounted for on the state return, and no I don't think it factors into your state refund.
