We're trying to get someone to take over our lease because of a job opportunity out of town, and with gas the way it is, we can't afford to commute.
It's $650 for 2BR/1BA, and that includes water. Leaser would be responsible for electric (about $50/month) and cable/internet if wanted (i'm not sure how much basic is, $70ish?). Deposit would be $650, but we'd be willing to transfer our deposit to you if you can contact me before Nov. 1st.
The apt is on Gazette Ave, right off Limestone, before the intersection at Virginia (the road in between Shell and Speedway across from UK hospital). It's right behind the College of Pharmacy and the College of Nursing. It takes me about 10 minutes to walk to campus or the stadium. There's also a Lextran bus stop at the end of our street, which will take you anywhere in Lex.
We've been on the property for almost 4 years, and have been very happy with the manager and maintenance.
