Default Trent Blvd Area/Ball homes

Two questions... rental-hunting headache!! I am a college student at UK and my boyfriend just graduated and is job hunting. We are 24 and 25, so we're ready to get away from living on the campus area.

Has anyone ever rented from Ball Homes? I have been browsing their website and was wondering about the upkeep on their properties. Are the appliances old or nice?

I have been looking at duplexes off Kenesaw and Trent, in that area. What do you think about that neighborhood? I want to feel safe.

Thanks!

I wouldn't want to live there. JMO As far as Ball Homes - I suspect you would find a mix bag of answers towards them as landlords. They're a big part of the Lexington rental/building world and have been for a very long time. Again, I'd look somewhere else as far as location.

I wouldn't want to live off Trent. If your talking about Kenesaw toward Hartland, like near the shopping center...I think that would be ok....but I think you could find better.
