No, timelesschild, can't say that I'm thinking of staying. Thanks for asking, though.
I've been hellaciously busy with hobbies, friends (yes, I have them, contrary to what some people here might believe) and work over the last five days and I now have some down time. Frankly, I'm bored and posted this.

I voted, but am not sure where you've included the Harrodsburg corridor (Palomar, Rabbit Run, Firebrook, Dogwood Trace, etc.).

I'd lump it in w/ Beaumont/Parkers Mill.

That area is missing, much outside Man O'War is missing. "North side" is way too general also.

Maybe we should bust the survey into price range? It looks like most people think Ashland Park and Chevy Chase are the best places to live. They should be since you can't touch anything that isn't a tear-down for less than $250,000.
Since the posts have been slow lately, I am hoping this will get a few replies: I think the BEST parts of town to live in for $150-$250,000 are either Hamburg/Andover and Boston Rd./Clays Mill. Why? Both areas represent a solid investment in housing. Both have neighborhoods in the 2 most popular Lexington price ranges ($140-160,000 and $200-250,000), have a lot of retail close by, and have good schools. Even though I live in Andover, I must say that the Clays Mill schools are better and the 40514 zip code has the least crime and, the last time I checked, zero sex offenders.
