There's a newsstand on north New Circle Road, near Hubcap Annie's, and they used to carry it.

Several of the local liquor stores used to carry it as well.

I say "used to" because I haven't looked for it in some number of years; however, it should still be findable in the same venues. Good luck!

Does the cigar shop downtown have them? It seems like I've seen them there before, although I've never purchased one from there.

Shopper's Village Liquor on High St carries it.
