These apartments used to be known as Scottish Links until recently. You can read reviews here: Tarleton Crossings Ratings, Reviews, Map, Rents, and other Lexington apartments for rent from ApartmentRatings.com

A word of caution, though. I've heard that sometimes managers or employees of the apartment complex post favorable reviews; conversely, some of the negative reviews are likely disgruntled tenants. Take what you read with a grain of salt. GOOD LUCK!

The apartments are located on Bold Bidder Drive, near Man O'War Boulevard. In my estimation, it seems to be a decent, lower middle-class neighborhood. I don't know about crime rates, but you can access the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government's crime map here: Citizen's Crime Watch Home Page.

Being near Man O'War means you'll have easy access to most of the main arteries that run through town, including Richmond Road, Tates Creek Road, Nicholasville Road and Harrodsburg Road. It's also a straight shot to the airport in one direction, and to Hamburg Pavilion in the other direction. It might be worth you checking it out by driving through the neighborhood if you plan to come visit the apartment leasing office.
