So for a one bed room one bath with one person (lol say that 10x) it should be less correct?

I would assume so...you're lighting/heating less square footage, and have less people using water. Trash and sewer are the same for every unit.

I've never had any problems or heard of anyone having any problems. There aren't any shady people that hang around or bad neighborhoods close by.

Lots of younger people...a few middle aged. Haven't seen any old people roaming around with walkers, though.
