Default horse jobs

I just moved here and I am looking for a job at a local horse farm. Any tips on the best way to find one or any good farms to work for? Anything would be appreciated.

Contact the thoroughbred association, quarterhorse association, paint horse association etc . Their state affiliates will have information for you. Lots of opportunities in the area.Breeding season is starting and plenty of help will be needed.

Pick up a copies of the Blood Horse and Thoroughbred Times and start dialing or trucking (when the roads clear). You'll also find an ad in the back of both magazines for an employment service specializing in horse jobs, but they charge you a fee (around $50, I think). Good luck!! I'm envious!
