The address is 450 Elizabeth; I think I went to a birthday party at Elizabeth Park. It's sort of off Nicholasville across from the university. The photo of the house looks very nice. I don't want to comment on the neighborhood because I'm not even sure it's the right one, but I'm thinking "student rentals".

Most definitely student housing; avoid this area unless you're 18 and love to party all night!

Jessmine County (nicholasville) is great on living the houses an renting are not high,not much to do just started building alot there not alot of crime oldfashion ways real southern area,Georgetown is great real southern like Toyota Plant out there good folks any part of southland area is still a good area stay the hell away from the northside,eastend,westend not an area I would leave my dog,Chinoe area is great part of southside,Palomar all good area's doing alot of building out Leestown that good area alot of older generation just now started expanding, police station is out there va hospital there still some good areas just need to figure out how remote you wanna be (smile) there are some area's where you an your family can still enjoy life an not worry about this crazy world.
