Default General Handyman

I'm looking for an all-around, general handyman to do odd jobs around the house on an as-needed basis. Nothing too major, maybe some painting, flooring, lighting & plumbing fixtures, etc. Can anyone recommend someone reliable, experienced and reasonably priced? Contact info would be appreciated.

Also, looking to replace all my windows. Any recommendations?

THANKS!

I use a guy named Doug Skidmore for some work around my house and for repair lists after inspections. He is excellent. He really cares about getting it right. He is also the kind of person that you do not have to worry about while in your house. ALL of my clients that have used him really like him and his work. I don't know what you consider reasonable, but I am happy with his prices especially since I know they job will get done with no drama, good results, and he won't mess anything else up!

I once hired a cheap painter for a my old house that I now rent. He got paint on a new fireplace mantle and spilled paint in the middle of carpet that was almost new. It would have been better to have hired somebody a little more expensive who cared about what they were doing.

Here is a link to his website: Classic Home Improvement, LLC His # is 230-8821.
