Default Dumb question. Is the water in Lexington hard?

Simple question. Do we have hard water here? If so is it considered moderately hard or extremely hard. I did a search and can't really find any info. I'm guessing it's extremely hard based on the way my humidifier looks!

From KY American water:

How hard is my water?
Hardness is a measure of the concentration of two
minerals (calcium and magnesium) naturally present in
water. Hardness levels of water leaving our water
treatment plants range from 110 (hard) to 326 parts per
million (very hard) or 6.4 to 19.0 grains per gallon.

It's not a dumb question--I was surprised at how hard the water here is when I moved here. I have an aquarium and test my water all the time, and it's always off-the-chart hard on my test strips. It took my fish a while to adjust.

I think the water here is horrible, fill up a glass of water then hold it up to the light.
