Try Home Depot or Lowe's. Maybe not the best sod, but it is sod.

wow I hate to say this but lexington is beautifull but we are having to move back to florida cause my dear cousin is ill and she wants us to live with her cause she does not think she has that long to live the drs have told her so and we really dont want to go back but since employment is lacking in ky so badly I realize it is everywhere , we just dont have money to pay our rent so for some reason this is all working out . we are having sell alot of stuff to get the truck to move back but it is worth it cause she may really need us . I dont mind because I know I am doing the right thing and I will be blessed because of it .

Thank you, I tried and went to about 4 small places to buy Sod, so support a small place. However, it ended up being Home Depot on Richmond rd when my wife suggested it. Of course later tonight I ran to Lowes for something and they had Sod.

Sad to say, but Lowes is always my first stop for anything home related. The small nurseries just don't seem to care anymore (not that the big chains are perfect, but at least I can get rung up).

Then you haven't been to Spring Valley Farms in London. It's owned by Mennonites and they have better products than what you can find at Lowe's or Home Depot. They build their own stuff and sell it. The quality is very very good.
