Question Year round campsites near Cave Run Lake
Was wondering if there are any year round campsites near Cave Run Lake? Prefer to be on the water or close to it. Would want electric and water at site.

I would suggest Twin Knobs campground (Facility Details - TWIN KNOBS CAMPGROUND (KY), Ky - Recreation.gov). Not sure if they're open year round, but they should be open for the season already.

Also, there is Zilpo Campground.....a little longer drive , but very nice. We've camped there many times with electric and water hookup (all sites don't have it).
