Default Electricity/Utilities

Hi all...My move is now just over a month away. I'm starting to look into setting up my utilities.
What's the best to use for electricity ?
Water?
Gas?

Or do I have a choice in any of these?

I saw a previous post from 2007 comparing KU with Bluegrass for electricity saying Bluegrass was a lot more expesnsive, but that you don't have a choice. Is this still the case?

Thanks for your help!

It depends on where you live as to what services you will have. Generally KU will be cheaper for electric.
