Default Death toll from Richmond tornado up to 2, 1 child critically injured

The Louisville NWS has classified it as an F2 tornado with max winds of 120 mph that was on the ground from Paint Lick in Garrard County to Waco in Madison County. Both victims drowned when their mobile home was picked up and thrown in a farm pond

That is so terrible, when I heard about that it just made me sad and I thought about how terrible for their family members.

After further survey NWS has upped the tornado to an EF3 with winds of 150 mph. It states that in addition to the 2 fatalities an adult woman in the trailer suffered major spinal cord damage and will be paralyzed from the neck down and a child (in the same trailer) suffered major head trauma.

The tornado was on the ground for 25 miles, from the Buckeye community in Garrard County to near Irvine in Estill County
