Lexington Industry/Job fields/market
Hello -
I'm targeting a relocation from Long Island, NY in the next 1-2 years. I've started to do some research into Lexington and plan to visit within the next few months.
I've started to look at jobs posted on Monster, Career Builder and Craigslist and don't see very much. I realize the job market is slim pickings in general right now.
My current industry is call center management. I don't like it very much, I've been doing it for about 8 years now, so until I can get back into school, it's my bread and butter. Yet I don't see much posted in this way in the Lexington area. I currently don't have a college degree and make OK money in managing a sales department here. Are there offices of this type in the Lexington area?
I hope to restart college in the fall, and plan to study communications, veterinary science, mortuary science or nursing.
