Welcome from Erie! I lived in Fairview for several years, so I can tell you that you're going to have the same city/town feel. Being of an age where I don't have kids, I can't tell you about the schools, but I live off Tates Creek Road, and it's a good area overall (just lousy upkeep in these particular apartments).
