I am glad you didn't buy in Westwood. I sold my uncle's house in there just in time (He bought it before I got into Real Estate, I wouldn't have advised buying there!) Garden Meadow is just a couple years behind Westwood..............trust me!

Sorry, I don't know Belmont Farms well enough to advise. For the money you want to spend, I think you have several options all over town.
