I am glad you didn't buy in Westwood. I sold my uncle's house in there just in time (He bought it before I got into Real Estate, I wouldn't have advised buying there!) Garden Meadow is just a couple years behind Westwood..............trust me!

I really appreciate everybodies opinions. I am planning on leaving the family in Birmingham and coming up there to look around next week, and you guys are helping me to not waste a bunch of my time.

Sorry, I don't know Belmont Farms well enough to advise. For the money you want to spend, I think you have several options all over town.
