Default nlschr0: are there any other subdivisions in the Lexington area...

that are similar to Masterson Station? In particular, any other not such great places in the SW and SE? Thanks

Do you mean price wise or house style?
Copperfield is located off of Man O War between Harrodsburg Rd and Nicholasville Rd. It's pretty far out but it's a nice, family oriented neighborhood with reasonable house prices. Cumberland Hill, off of Tates Creek, is another reasonalby priced area.

This is in response something she wrote about Masterson Station area not being consistently safe or nice. Looking for other neighborhoods in the SE and SW that are similar.

Hi gimme - I sent you a PM because my response got a little lengthy. In Lexington, like most cities, the newer neighborhoods are the most iffy because they aren't established - you never know what direction they will go. Many of the southern neighborhoods are older and are less of an unknown.
