I am getting ready to list my house in Stamping Ground...1800-1900 sq. ft. (all brink) w/ partially finished basement of same footage (2 bed/ 1 FB), 7.5-ish acres (~2-3 acres yard and the rest wooded). So, 4-5 bedrooms, 3 full bath, 1.5 car garage, huge fenced back yard (~.5 acre??), 24x24 workshop w/ 200 amp. service, acreage, ~30min. to Leestown VA...45 min. to Nicholasville Rd.
