Arrow Which neighborhood in Little Rock is closest to nice jogging trails?

I'm moving this summer and I'm curious: if you were a runner moving to little rock, where would you live? Alternatively, if someone knows of some good running trails around that area I'd appreciate it

Hillcrest has Allsopp Park, which is very nice. downtown (River Market, more than Quapaw) and Riverdale have easy access to the River Trail.

Maumelle has a couple of parks, but few trails. The Riverfront area would be good spot. The highway 10/Cantrell area has many trails. You can visit Pinnacle Mountain which has several trails, Two Rivers Park, and its close to Cooks Landing which gives you access to the major river trail.

Riverdale is right on the river trail. Also the Argenta area of N Little Rock.

There are some nice trails along the Arkansas river. You might find a neighborhood close to there. My friends live in a neighborhood in west Little Rock that has an extensive trail system throughout the neighborhood. Its called Woodlands Edge. Maumelle has walking trails throughout the community and some nice trails around the lakes. Hope this helps.

There are some great apartments in Riverdale (Hillcrest is a bit more challenging, but some do exist) along the trails:

Riverwalk Apartments is reasonably priced and quite nice (it fronts the river, the views are nice), and I had very pleasant interactions with the management when I toured there. Parking is secured, the apartments are a tad older but have been remodeled pretty nicely.

The Park at Riverdale is very nice, but a bit more expensive. Its views aren't quite as good, but the landscaping is excellent. Apartment finishes are nice, and parking is secured.

The Residences at Riverdale is my personal favorite for that area, but it can be a bit expensive depending on your budget. They are brand new though, so they have been cutting some pretty good deals in an effort to draw attention to the complex and fill it up. Security is great, apartment layout and finishes are top notch for non-condo grade apartments, and they're very close to the trails too.

There are some more affordable options in that neighborhood too, but I'm not as familiar with them. If you look at Hillcrest, apartments are less common, but rental houses are more available, just a bit harder to find online. West Little Rock has tons of apartments, but I don't know how close many of them are to trails, so I'm afraid I'm not much help there either.
