That's Hillcrest and it's a very cool neighborhood. As far as safe...crime can happen anywhere.

I was told to never, ever, ever venture down 21st street. Not that I could've ever found it again, even if I wanted to.

21st St.? Why that street in particular? (I live on 24th St., btw. Ain't nothin' wrong with 21st St. in my neighborhood.)
