Default Questions about this area in Cabot.....
We came up here this weekend and looking at houses in Magness Creek, found a real nice house on their lake. Does anyone know about this area? Or sub-division? We will be hitting HSV in the next few weeks to look there as well...

Magness Creek is a great neighborhood. I have friends that live there and they love it. I've heard that a lot of families from the air base live there so there may be some turnover in the houses from that. The only thing I do not like about that area of Cabot is Hwy 5. It is a busy road where trucks and cars travel too fast.

Thanks for the reply, with all the houses for sale I would guess the military own many of those houses. It is a great place and we will be looking there...
