Hi there. I am taking my son (11) to Little Rock for a weekend in a few weeks. One day we will be free most of the day. What would you suggest we do? Fun place for lunch? It’s our first time there. Thanks!

Well there's all aboard restaurant where your food is delivered by a little train. And to kill three or four hours there's the Museum of Discovery in the River Market area of downtown Little Rock. There's also a plethora of restaurants in the River Market area (Within the River Market building itself and in the general River Market area).

All Aboard Restaurant and Grill

You could visit the Clinton Presidential Library and Massage Parlor.

Kidding, there have been some great suggestions.

Default Climb Pinnacle Mountain

If you’re rugged and outdoorsy, climb Pinnacle Mountain, and take the steep East route. It’s the most memorable short hike you will ever take.

Big Dam Bridge is fun to walk across. If you are lucky, you might get to see a river barge go through the dam locks. Also there is a retro arcade if he really likes video games.
