Conway Eats
if you were wanting to have a nice dinner on a Friday evening in Conway, lets say 2 couples, a place not too fancy but no dive either, where would go?

Thanks bchris--would you happen to know if a guy can get a cold beer in Conway or is it dry?

I'd concur with Marketplace. Conway and Faulkner county are dry but you can get a brew at the Marketplace. And if you want a sixer or so, just come down I-40 to the Maumelle/Morgan exit, hang a right on 365 and head to Lakeland Liquor. It's about 20 minutes or so from Conway.

Are you certain you can get a drink at Marketplace in Conway? Marketplace Grill and Marketplace Express restaurants are owned by a fairly religious family out of Springdale so it would surprise me if they serve alcohol.

Forgot the drink factor...I've never noticed drinks there, as a matter of fact, I'm sure the spousal-type person would have had a beer or two if they served. Since spousal type has never had a drink there, I'm going with "no way are they wet".

Well...the last time I ate at this precise one was on the order of 6-8 years ago...I'm almost 100% certain I had 2 beers there. But I've slept and drank a LOT since then... This is the only Marketplace I've ever been to actually.
