moving to vilonia from louisiana..how are the schools and area??? (Little Rock: for sale, homes)

we are moving to vilonia for my husbands job. How are the schools there and what is like in vilonia???

I don't know much about Vilonia. It's a small town -- a highway town on US 64. The highway goes right through the middle of town. Vilonia is a lot like Greenbrier, which is also just a few miles outside of Conway. Both have grown at very high rates in the last few years, though neither is a large town.

According to greatschools' test score assessment, Vilonia schools stack up favorably to Conway schools. And that's a good thing.

I recommend moving to Cabot. Their are 2 huge housing areas in Cabot city limits (Greystone and Magness Creek) the schools in Cabot are without a doubt tops in the state! Magness Creek to Vilonia is a 7-10 minute drive. There are tons of homes for sale in the previous mentioned areas.

I haven't been to Vilonia in many years but use to visit friends there when I was stationed at Little Rock AFB many years ago.
I remember it as a small, rural community of very nice people
