Default Moving back to AR.. looking for rental

I am relocating back to Arkansas... finally! and can't wait, haven't been able to make a Razorback game in 4 years.

I am moving into the Little Rock/Conway area and looking for a home to rent. I am not interested in apartment living... been there done that... What areas are good to look in? I am looking for safe and clean..

will be working between Little Rock and Conway. I am currently living in a quite family orieneted neighborhood and love it.. you know the type where my son can leave the house.. not lock the door and still come home to find everything is still here.. sit on the front porch and enjoy it. Go for walks around the neighborhood and feel safe doing so. Everyone speaks to everyone.

You need to forget the criteria of not locking your door and coming home to find everything still there. The Conway/Little Rock area has had a lot of break ins. That includes Mayflower, Greenbrier, Vilonia, etc....

Hey you gotta hope... I wasn't too happy when I discovered it here but I was fortunate... I was raised in the country where I don't think our house even had a lock... keys were left in the ignition... and we slept with windows open... It was hard for me to change that when I moved to Town... but now I lock everything... however my son is still in that Country Mode...

I wouldn't do that in any town. I suppose you might find someplace out in the country around Conway...

it has been a LONG time since I would do any of that... Just looking for a safe place as safe can get... Everyone is at risk these days and unfortunatly with the increase of lost jobs the risk increases... I am in a 1500sft 3 bedroom 2 bath home at this time.. would love to be in the country however work will not allow all the time that is required to keep up a large yard...
