two cost differences: (1) property taxes would probably be lower in Saline County (Benton/Bryant), but it varies by school district. (2) commute costs - depends on which is closer to the office.
If you're looking for golf, I've never been impressed with CC of Arkansas. The greens were horrible the last time I was there, and there were a bunch of small ponds that stunk. I haven't played the other courses you listed, but a friend has played them all and prefers to drive to Hot Springs Village, 18 miles from Benton.
