Not bad. Loads of shops, plenty of trains to London. Got a suburban feel to it. Can't quite decide if it wants to be London or Kent; probably more London these days. Like most such places, the property is a bit pricey.

It's suburban-ish so if that's what you want, it's nice. And still close enough to London to be accessible.

No one takes care of their properties, boarded up shops, poor transport provision. Just not a nice place.

Hmm- it's changed since I was there.

I suspect you're referring to quite a small part of the borough.
