To get an impression how expensive and how appreciated all the city quarters of London are in the eyes of property buyers I would like to have a map showing the average prices per sqft/square meter from proptey sales during the last year.

Is there such a statistic?

Maybe there are similar maps showing the avergae income per houshold per London city quarter.

Thank you
Peter

I doubt if any such maps exist as property is normally classed by no. of bedrooms rather than square footage. Some data here: BBC NEWS | In Depth | UK House Prices | Greater London
