A friend of mine is moving to London and needs some advice. What location would be best for her? Here are the requirements:
-She and her husband both have jobs in central London so a commute time of less than 30 minutes is preferred.
-They can afford to spend 700,000 pounds on a flat or house and would like at least 3 bed 2 bath.
-They want easy access to an outdoor play area for their kids, so either a yard or walking distance to a park.
-They would love to be in London, but know that it might be hard to find what they want so are willing to look outside the city as long as the commute time still works.
