Hey everybody, I'm a teacher in the states. I posted this in the UK forum too. I might want to move to London and teach (I love big cities)

Are the schools decent on the outskirts? Also, are the buses/trams tight enough that i can live without a car? (or at least get to work within 45 minutes)

I teach math btw.

Hi gardnerj. Yes math teachers are in demand here in the UK. There are a lot of jobs here for a good teacher and transport in London is very frequent so you can almost certanly with a little organisation sort out a good job and a nice place to live. There are many websites out there for teaching in London/finding employment and helping with moving. Good luck to you!
