Wyandanch???????? That place is getting worse.

Bay Shore, another town like Long Beach that has changed for the better. It does however need to be careful, bar towns can easily go back to being dumps. Look at Port Jeff by the rail, mostly dives like Riff Raff. The other bad elements will just follow. Bay Shore could easily revert back to its former self.

Patchoge is making a nice change in the towns Main Street area. It needs to fix the area around Rt 112 to make it work though. They have torn down a couple of crumbling areas, but the Plaze Theatre (?) is still up and depressing the whole area.
