I'm moving to Great Neck this week, and work in Manhattan. I have read many threads, and it looks like parking is very difficult at the station, but I am not living close enough to walk. I will be taking the 6:35am or 6:55am train though, and it seems like most people go much later. Will I have a lot of trouble finding a spot? More importantly, how do I get the necessary parking pass/sticker and how much is it? (I have already changed my address on my NY driver's license to my new Great Neck address.) I have heard a couple things: a) It will be $210 every three months and b) It is a dollar a day...
Please help me clarify what pass I need, where to get it, and how much it will cost! Also, if it makes a difference, my zip code is 11023... Thanks, guys!!
"The park district owns and manages three commuter parking fields for Park District residents. There is a daily fee. Parking stickers, issued at Great Neck House, are required. The lots are located at Canterbury Road, North Station Plaza and Shoreward Drive."
