this is so simple. If you bought it on 7/11 then it must be under mfgr warranty. Since the store won't help you then just call the manufacturer and get it replaced, and don't shop there anymore.

Again, why are you going thru all this trouble? Just contact the manufacturer, they should send you a new camera and an RMA to return the defective one.

I already called credit card company as I saw your message. I am afraid it may be a little too late to do it now since the credit card company already started the investigation
Just out of curiosity, what's wrong with the camera that took you 3 weeks to notice?
Actually I noticed the problem much earlier and I waited a little because of the 30 day exchange policy.
