Hi, I recently got a new job and this puts me in a position where I now realize I am financially capable of moving out of my parents house and live on my own.
Instead or renting, I want to buy so my money doesn't go down the drain. I'm less than 21 so the School Districts aren't really a concern for me. I believe that why spend twice on a house in a different town when you can get a just as good house for half the price..
I just want to know which is the best town out of these 4. Or if you had to choose, which one of these would you choose?

With what's going on - buying in those school districts would be more "money down the drain" then renting. Remember, you're "paying half the price" for a reason.
Do yourself a favor and rent for a year in the town you choose to get all the appropriate flavors before you collar yourself with a mortgage and a home you'll have a real time selling one day.
