LOL they're prepared with back-up generators, etc. But with all this "weather" coming our way, we're all supposed to have some bottled water on hand for drinking, just in case... Even generators don't last indefinitely.

Thanks for all the info!
He's leaning more towards living in CSH, mostly because of the commute.
I tell him he should live in Syosset or Woodbury but he's biased towards the CSH school district.
