Default Long Island: Average Days on the Market, Showings & Commission Percentage
I was wondering how other Long Islanders are doing with the sale of their home? Average days on the market? How many showings per week and what they are paying in commission to selling broker and listing broker. Are people still looking to buy homes in the summer?
