What buses am I suppose to take to get from Amityville to Hempstead?

There is a bus that goes from Amity rail to hemptead N55 I think. DM johninwestbury he's the guru of the LI bus systems. Be careful in Hempstead. I've been told it's very dangerous there for white people. Good luck.

Yes the N55 is the route, beware it can get very crowded. Also Hempstead is quite bad for everyone. Looks like you're south of the border.

I used to live in Hempstead, it's not even dangerous. Roosevelt is dangerous.

This is over a year later, but I'd just like to point out that it's the N54 route that does Amityville-Hempstead. The N55 starts at Sunrise Mall.

Parts of Hempstead ARE dangerous, particularly at night.
