Is Safavieh Home Open to Haggling? (Lindenhurst, Lee: buyers, prices, stores)

There's a custom Lee sofa at Safavieh Home I'd like to purchase. Does anyone know whether Safavieh Home negotiates custom furniture prices? I have read on several furniture blogs that retail stores mark up furniture prices with the expectation that buyers will negotiate the prices down. If so, how should I go about the negotiation process? What would be a reasonable discount to shoot for?

I always negotiate the price on anything I can. There is a store called Zimmermans in Lindenhurst that sells Lee. They are competitively priced. I would call Lee Industries (google the name for info) and ask where they are sold and they will give you all their dealer locations. So many stores are not doing well, the store that does not haggle is loosing business. Also check Classic Galleries in Hunt. Village.
