I've called several plumbers and have had no luck. Looking for someone to pick up two steam radiators and install them.
I understand that cast iron is heavy and "old school," but there's gotta be someone out there who will do it. I can't be the last steam heated house on the Island.
One time I was at the Home Depot in College Point Flushing talking to one of the people working in the plumbing section. The guy told me he does plumbing work on the side. He installs and sells cast iron steam radiators. I don't know his name but he's about 6' and of middle-eastern decent. He quoted me a price but I can't recall it.
