LMAO

No the line is like a mile.

They count everything from Lower RP W as SB.
Its totally wrong.I heard they were correcting it to include The Tides, Oak Hiils and Pickwick.

Were cousins all the same.I love Sound Beach.

I also think this data might be old.If its 10 years that would be significant.Id be curious on the source date.
Theres new data coming.

Maybe Im a hopeless romantic with Rocky Point(aka 233).

I love this little town.Im looking at the snow fall on the Sound right now and I feel pretty lucky to be able to afford it.

Nothing fancy...just home.

Nothing fancy Crooks, but what percent of the entire population of Rocky Point can be "looking at the snow fall on the Sound right now" from their homes ?
Also what exactly do you mean by "looking at the snow fall on the Sound right now ?" Are you looking at the water through the window or the road, or you really live on the cliff and have a panoramic view ?

Just busting your chops !! Its all good and ofcourse you love it there
Be safe.

See we agree once again Nothing like having neighborhood pride no matter where you live. Takes your mind off the other B.S. in life. If you like it...like I said that's great...some people never find that piece of mind. If I keep agreeing with you there will be a problem...so I have to say this to you.....

Rocky point sucks!

There's plenty of money in RP....the houses on the sound lift the value of all the shanties inland.

The list doesn't tell the whole story, much like everything else printed by newsday.

My husband builds super-luxury homes in the Hamptons & I assure you not too many people in Sagaponak earn under 100k, but 90% of the homes are second or third residences.

Here in little ol' Ridge more than half of our population are seniors so that skews our overall number. Even so I like living in a place where I'm on the top of the food chain, not the bottom.
