we moved to CT from Long Island 7 years ago and it is getting noticeably more expensive up here sinve we've been here, but Long Island is absurd. We're thinking Delaware next?

we moved to CT from Long Island 5 years ago and it is getting noticeably more expensive up here sinve we've been here, but Long Island is absurd. We're thinking Delaware next?

Delaware would be a good move. As I posted Middletown De, you will get a lot more for your $$.

Glastonbury and Avon are nice but definitely LI money.

I would move to Nome, Alaska and go out on one of those Deadliest Catch boats... maybe teach myself how to fly a seaplane and become a bush pilot between seasons. Save up like $300,000 over a few years and then come back to LI.

I'm thinking Bucks County, PA, not too far away but yet a beautiful area. Others would be SE Wyoming and SW Utah.

We've been looking in Bucks County, PA.

Haven't been to SE Wyoming, but I loved Jackson.

SW UT is nice for the weather (and less conservative than the Salt Lake Valley)...but its overrun by the flight out of California 5-7 years ago.
