I think that's true for every library on Long Island. It looks like the libraries have a collective deal on the museum passes, though some libraries seem to have more places than others.

A vote here for Harborfields, which I think is the nicest library in Huntington.

So glad to see a post about libraries. My work requries me to meet a person in local places. I have been meeting people at the libraries on LI for several years. My favorites are Port Jefferson and Sachem and South Country. These offer local meeting rooms without any difficulty. Another accomodating library is West Islip. My opinion is only based on the ability to find a private space. Most of the libraries are extremely nice. The only somewhat negative experience I had was in Greenport when the librarian kindly explained to me that I was in a "public" space, so no place was private.Understood. However Greenport does have private rooms, when they are available.
