My wife took pictures of 2 girls smoking a small pipe(Not sure what it is called), you stuff it with Pot, right in front of our driveway this morning, they were on there way to school..Who should we contact? This is not the first time we have seen this right in the open, It is just the first time we took a picture.

Develop the picture and bring it to the guidance counselor at the school. Also provide a picture to the police. Hopefully someone will be able to identify the girls and maybe their parents will become aware of the situation.

My wife just e-mailed the administrators at the school, When she first called, they said "We can't do anything because it is not on school property, but send us the pics"..
I Really hope they call these girls out, and give them a good scare..How do they even function in class? I just don't get it.
It's probably a "bowl", hopefully for their sake just weed and not something worse.
If it is pot, there have been a certain element of kids smoking that before high school for a long time..I remember people smoking it at my bus stop in 7th grade. I was the "dexter" who didn't.
Not a good thing and their parents should be made aware, no question.
Then I Classify them as white trash dirtbags..Not a big deal!!!, What are you smoking? Drugs are a big problem now, and what starts out as weed, moves on to bigger things...
Weed, hash, Heroin, crack -- a number of things can be smoked. These are school age children engaging in the use of illegal drugs.
It is a big deal.
Is it better to stop them now or wait until they have a bigger problem?
